Meet Jim Chatwin

Jim Chatwin has been in the arts most of his life.  Having been in the music industry as both a pianist and piano teacher, and then in marketing and sales for the piano and organ industry for a period of 16 years.  Photography was a hobby that one day 30 years ago became a full time profession.  Jim then opened his first studio in upstate New York at that time.

Jim Chatwin's work is known internationally, his images have been published in major magazines, catalogs and other publications  throughout the world.  He has worked throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.

Jim is well known by his clients for his easy  going personality and his attention to the smallest detail in his work.  He keeps  current with his knowledge of digital workflow, from capture to post production, while still offering traditional film to clients upon request.

Jim and his wife Randi have resided in the Atlanta metro area for over  14 years.  In his spare time he still finds time to play classical music on his Yamaha Clavinova keyboard.
